Note / ප්‍රසංගයට පිවිසිඉමට පෙර වැදගත් කරුණු :-

01. Event will be held adhering to all Covid-19 protocols.
01. ප්‍රසංගය පැවැත්වෙන්නේ කොවිඩ් 19 සෞඛ්‍ය මාර්ගෝපදේශ අනුවයි.

02. Tickets can be redeemed one hour prior and post the event start time.
02. අන්තර්ජාල ප්‍රවේශ පත්‍ර නිකුත්කරන්නේ ප්‍රසංගය ආරම්භ කිරීමට පැයකට පෙර සහ ප්‍රසංගය ආරම්භ කර පැයක් ගතවනතුරු පමණි. ඉන්පසු ප්‍රවේශපත්‍ර ලබාගැනීමේදී සිදුවන අපහසුතාවන් සඳහා අප ආයතනය කිසිඳු වගකීමක් නොදරයි.

03. Only the initial email or SMS provided by MyticketsLK will be accepted as proof of purchase, Tickets will not be redeemed for any forwarded or screenshots .
03. ප්‍රවේශපත්‍ර නිකුත් කරණු ලබන්නේ MyticketsLK ප්‍රවේශපත්‍රය ලබා ගැනීමේදී අප විසින් ඔබ වෙත් එවන ලද වලංගු Email Confirmation හෝ SMS පණිවිඩය පමණක් ප්‍රවේශ පත්‍ර වලංගු කිරීමට භාවිත කරන අතර Screenshot, Forwarded Email පණිවිඩ සඳහා සහ වෙනයම් අයෙකුට කුමන හේතුවක් නිසා අප විසින් ප්‍රවේශපත්‍ර නිකුත් කරනු නොලැබේ.

04. Due to the extra settings you have applied to your phone screen while validating tickets via mobile phone, please always provide us with a clearly visible printed copy of our BARCODE / QR code in A4 format to minimise inconvenience during ticket validation.
04. ජංගම දුරකතනයෙන් ප්‍රවේශපත්‍ර වලංගු කිරීමේදී ඔබ විසින් ඔබගේ දුරකතනයේ තිරය සඳහා යොදා ඇති අමතර සැකසුම් නිසා, ප්‍රවේශ පත්‍ර වලංගු ගත කිරීමේදී සිදුවන අපහසුතාවයන් මගහරවා ගැනීමට සැමවිටම A4 ප්‍රමාණයට අපගේ BARCODE / QR කේතය පැහැදිලිව පෙනෙන අයුරින් මුද්‍රණය කරන ලද Email Confirmation පිටපතක් අපවෙත ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමට කාරුණික වන්න.

05. Valid NIC or Passport will be required if needed during the process of Redeeming.
05. වෙබ් අඩවිය හරහා ප්‍රවේශ පත්‍රය ලබාගත් තැනැත්තාට පමණක් වන අතර වලංගු හැදුනුම්පතක් නොමැති කිසිදු අයෙකුට ප්‍රවේශපත්‍ර නිකුත් නොකරනු ලැබේ.

06. All tickets purchased are non-refundable.
06. අන්තර්ජාල ප්‍රවේශපත්‍රය කිසිදු ආකාරයකින් නැවත ගෙවීමක් සිදු කරනු නොලැබේ.

07. If available, kindly choose the option for ticket delivery for the appropriate event to avoid the line-up at the entrance for redemption.
07. එදින දොරටුවෙන් ප්‍රවේශපත්‍ර ලබාගැනීමේදී සිදුවන අපහසුතාවයන් මගහරවා ගැනීමට හැකි සැමවිටම, අදාල ප්‍රසංගයේ ප්‍රවේශ පත්‍ර නිවසට ගෙනගැනීමේ සේවාව ක්‍රියාත්මකනම්, එම පහසුකම ලබාගන්න.

08. MyTicketsLK shall not be held accountable for any inconvenience caused in the organisation of the concert.
08. ප්‍රසංගයේ සංවිධාන කටයුතු වල සිදුවන අපහසුතාවයන් සඳහා MyticketsLK කිසිදු වගකීමක් දරනු නොලැබේ.
